Increased Productivity with Click to Call in Kerio Operator

Things at Kerio are moving fast, and as the new Senior Product Manager, it is my responsibility to get quickly acquainted with our team and products so I can hit the ground running. My first few weeks I've been on the phone more often than not--calling other members of the team, old contacts, customers, etc. Every day, I receive multiple emails from our sales team with contacts from customers and partners who would like to share product feedback. It could be a daunting task going to my email, picking up the phone, dialing the number (or often mis-dialing in my case)...

That was until the latest release of Kerio Operator. Fortunately, as a Kerio employee I got early access to the new Click to Call feature. With my headphones in, I can be checking email in the Kerio Connect client, decide I want to call someone, click the phone number in the email, and the phone is ringing! I am not distracted by dialing, can continue working while I await an answer--it's that easy. Not only can I dial directly from my emails, now when I'm checking out new vendors and want to talk to a sales rep, I can click their phone number on the website from within Google Chrome (or Firefox), and we're ringing.

If only I had this when I was in college working in our alumni giving call center, life would have been much easier!
